The Kombucha³: This package gives kombucha brewers the comprehensive analysis of the Kombucha² lab analysis with the addition of microbiological testing to understand your kombucha’s microflora. We utilize the GeneDisc Microbiological System (Pall). Analysis is possible for finished kombucha or any samples during fermentation. The species identified through this PCR analysis include:
