The Homebrew²With this package you will receive a comprehensive analysis of yeast, bacteria, and beer spoiling organisms present in your homebrewed beer, kombucha or cider. This can be performed on finished beer, fermentation samples, and yeast slurries using our Genedisc® Rapid Microbiology System.

The species identifiable include:

  • Brettanomyces / Dekkera spp.(including  bruxellensis)
